For those of you that know me on a personal level, you'll know that I've been keen to get fitter and 
healthier for a long time. Well, I'm going to publically declare that the time is now and after my coaching call with Philly yesterday, I've found the motivation I need!
I'm sitting here in the office about to open a bottle of wine for the team..yes, you heard me right! Wine in the office - scandalous!!!! Still, those of you that have ever been involved in the recruitment industry will know that it's a Friday tradition and long may it reign!
