Earlier this year, we launched our new Invigorate Online service which gives our clients the opportunity to advertise their own recruitment vacancies on the major job boards and work with the candidate responses themselves, in-house.
One client has just recruited 12 field sales representatives from a single advert and has saved £27k as they only paid for the cost of the advert and not a fee per person! We get asked all the time, why are you offering a cheaper option to your clients but at Invigorate Recruitment we recognise that some clients want us to provide a full service option to them as they simply don't either have the time to recruit themselves or want to focus on the activities that make money whilst the recruitment is taking place. Other clients are happy to respond to candidates, shortlist and pre-screen themselves and repond to candidates who've applied - so we're now able to offer both options!
